Are your prices in U.S. dollars or Canadian?

All our prices are in US dollars.

Is shipping free?

We will share the cost of shipping with you. $15 shipping for each stole gives you insurance and tracking, typically at least double that cost.

 
What if I have a special date that I need my purchase by?
 

One of the downsides of an automated shopping cart system is that we don't get to email or talk directly with you. Please feel free to call or email or write in the space provided when ordering regarding date needed by or the occasion, or who the item is be ordered for. It makes the transactions more personal and we enjoy that!

 

How do I track my order?
 

You will be notified when your order has been received and when your item has been shipped. All orders are shipped with tracking and you will be provided the tracking number upon shipping. 

 

What about shipping insurance?
 

Your purchase is of significant cost. All our shipments are sent insured.

 

 
What are your delivery options?
 

At the current time Karen Brodie Designs uses Canada Post for shipping as they have been extremely reliable. For speed of shipping, there is 5 day guaranteed. Standard shipping is 10-14 business days within Canada and U.S.A. Other locations will have to be provided with a custom shipping quote.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

You will be provided your tracking number and can follow your shipment directly with Canada Post. Accurate shipping addresses and phone numbers provided can help make shipping timely and reliable.

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes, we regularly ship to the U.S.A and have shipped to Australia and the U,K, You should check with your own country's regulations for tax.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

If you are not satisfied with our work, Karen Brodie Designs will accept an item in re-saleable, mint condition. Custom items are final sale. Contemporary art is final sale.

 

 
How do you ship large pieces of art?
 

Our large scale banners can be shipped unmounted with Canada Post. Our large scale contemporary art must be shipped using alternate shipping companies. Shipping cost quoted covers this.

 
How do I return an item?
 

If you are not satisfied with our work, Karen Brodie Designs will accept an item in re-salable, mint condition. Custom items are final sale. The customer must pay the shipping for return and a full refund will be given once the item has been received.
